SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We provide delivery services across all regions of Kuwait, offering:

Next‑Day Delivery — within 24-48 hours.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

DELIVERY POLICY

Orders placed through our website are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding official holidays.

If your order is missing, you must notify us within seven (7) days of the delivery date to begin the claims process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customers outside Kuwait are responsible for all customs‑related charges, including taxes and duties.

International delivery typically takes 7 business days.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payments are processed at the time your order is placed. We accept:

Apple Pay

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund using your original payment method.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS (NOT AVAILABLE)

Payment must be made in cash directly to the delivery driver.

Cheques, vouchers, or coupons are not accepted as payment.

Our delivery partner will contact you prior to arrival.

If we are unable to reach you within 72 hours, your order will be cancelled automatically.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased item or service, unless there is proven fraud or gross negligence on our part.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING ERRORS

Product availability and pricing may change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, stock issue, or incorrect product information, Woast reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

USER‑GENERATED CONTENT

By submitting reviews, comments, or any content on the Woast platform, you grant Woast a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, display, and reproduce such content. Woast reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Woast may suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of policy violations, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or repeated order cancellations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Kuwait.
